A diamond is a diamond is a diamond. Tiesha B. Davis, a native of Atlanta, is a diamond. She is one of several teen leaders in the upcoming Teen Summit 2008 Atlanta. This event will be orchestrated by a select group of teens, for teens of the Metro area.

Spellman College will be graced with Tiesha's presence this summer, as she will participate in their outstanding summer program the Science and Mathematic Enrichment Academy. Here Tiesha will be enhancing her interest in the field of medicine and engineering. Currently, she is a member of the Beta Club and looks forward to the Drama and Poetry club next year at her school, South Atlanta School of Health and Medicine. This young woman is full of incredible talents, such as writing, public speaking, and counseling other teens.
Gloria Dennis, branch manager of the Cleveland Avenue Library, offered this comment, “Tiesha is a beautiful young lady that is an enormous help here at the library”. Tiesha is a teen leader for the Teen Summit at the recommendation of Ms. Dennis.
When asked of her future plans, Tiesha stated, "I want to make a difference in the world." She is part of a socially conscious generation Y.
